I built an enterprise thought leadership program to elevate Cielo's internal experts and deliver the timely, relevant insights clients needed.

 

Acting as the central strategist, I managed the editorial direction and cross-functional stakeholders, creating a pipeline of high-performing content.

 

To scale the program, I reengineered the framework from a traditional single-author model into a streamlined multi-expert infrastructure — reducing friction for executives, maximizing marketing resources, and expanding subject-matter reach.
