Cielo’s offerings are always evolving — and so is its website. To better communicate these changes, optimize user experience, and increase engagement, the marketing team embarked on a redesign. 

I led content strategy and execution, serving as the lead editor for the project. My role involved:

  • reviewing hundreds of web pages to decide what to keep, update, improve, or remove

  • working with internal and external stakeholders to align on the direction of key pages

  • developing the copywriting process

  • managing assignments and workflow

  • editing and writing web copy that speaks to buyers and ensures brand consistency

  • keeping SEO, web design, and user experience top of mind

Agentic AI Campaign
Cielo

Content strategy, creative direction, copy editing, project management, stakeholder engagement

Working closely with product marketing and other key stakeholders, I led the creative development and promotion process for announcing a new AI software to the market. The campaign included press releases for the website and wire, organic social media posts, a dedicated email send, internal messaging, and other digital assets.

I made sure the core messaging was impactful, resonated with the target audience, and remained consistent across all assets. The campaign was a success, resulting in demo requests, media pick-ups, and excitement both within Cielo and the market. 

Bonus: I saved the company money by creating a shorter version of the press release for the wire while publishing the full version on the Cielo website — hello, happy stakeholders.

Content Contributor Program
Cielo

At the beginning of the pandemic, talent acquisition and HR leaders were eager for expert guidance on navigating the uncertain times. Cielo’s highest-performing thought leadership at the time provided just that.

This led to the Content Contributor Program, which I developed with marketing leaders in 2021 and directly managed. The main goal was to provide the timely, relevant content that clients and prospects craved while positioning Cielo's leaders as subject matter experts in the market. Other goals: produce these quickly and with minimal marketing resources.

These articles regularly received high engagement and were used by the sales team. Initially, we approached subject matter experts to contribute, but they soon recognized the value and began proactively participating. This process served Cielo well for several years, but it was still too time-consuming.

In 2024, I streamlined the creation process by featuring multiple SMEs in each article and providing them with questions on trending topics that directly supported the content strategy. This reduced everyone’s time spent on brainstorming, writing, and editing while boosting overall output and showcasing a wider variety of thought leaders.
