Arguably WUWM's most successful series, Bubbler Talk has been including the audience in the editorial process since 2016. But by 2018, its promotional content — on-air and online — was stale. Also, it didn't do a good job of laying out the process, so people knew what to expect.​​ 
 
I updated the language on the series' web landing page to help set expectations while maintaining brand voice. The copy also serves as a jumping-off point for crafting digital and on-air promotions, ensuring consistency across platforms.
